- 1 large Green Cabbage approx. 2.5 lbs
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil Divided
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly cracked
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Group 2: The Whipped Feta
- 8 oz Feta Cheese Block in brine, NOT crumbled
- 4 oz Cream Cheese or full-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Group 3: The Toppings
- 1/3 cup Raw Walnuts Roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
