preheat your oven to 375℉ (190℃) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or pizza pan
in a small bowl combine the cottage cheese ingredients together egg, garlic powder , onion powder, salt and pepper mix properly until combined.
spread the mixture evenly onto the preheated baking sheet or pizza pan spread it into like a regular pizza shape or to your desired form
now bake the crust for 20-30 minutes until its firm and slightly golden around the edges
after baking remove the crust out of the oven and spread your toppings or toppings suggested
bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the crust is set and lightly browned and the cheese is melted and bubbly
